Eligibility Criteria of SSUHS Paramedical  Admission

Here are the eligibility criteria for admission into the B.Sc. Medical Technology and Diploma in Paramedical Courses:

1. Citizenship Requirement: Applicants must hold Indian citizenship.
2. Residency Condition: Candidates need to be Permanent Residents of Assam. A Certificate confirming this residency is mandatory for admission into Government Institutes. However, this requirement doesn’t apply to the children of Assam government employees.
3. Educational Qualification: The minimum qualification for candidate selection is H.S.S.L.C (Science) (10+2) or its equivalent, taken in 2023 or earlier. Candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and achieved at least 45% marks (for General Candidates) or 40% marks (for OBC/MOBC/SC/ST(P) and ST(H) candidates).
4. Age Criteria: Candidates must be at least 17 years old by December 31st of the year in which they seek admission.

Applicants are requested to make a payment of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) as a non-refundable fee. This payment can be conveniently processed through the available payment gateway on the online application page as well as the official University website. It’s important to note that candidates belonging to the PWD (Divyang) category are exempted from the examination fee.
